Royal Rayz — Refund & Returns Policy (Australia)
We want you to love your Royal Rayz sunglasses. If something isn't right, here's how returns work for orders shipped within Australia.
Change of mind returns
You may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with tags attached
- In its original packaging
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your sunglasses arrive faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you're entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law — this may include a repair, replacement, or refund, and we'll also cover your return shipping cost in this case.

Contact us at orders@prepaidking.com.au with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
